Exercise has been proven to help alleviate the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. It is one of the most important keys to living well with the disease. Exercise can improve strength, balance, stability and peace of mind. This exercise class focuses on balance, strength and mobility. This class is free, but a medical waiver must be signed by a physician.

Simply download your Accountability form from your Personal Dashboard, print it, and ask an associate from the event to sign it. Alternatively, if the event provides receipts, you can submit the receipt with your Accountability Form.
